Job Description

Role Overview: As an Application Consultant at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in understanding the client's business processes, both current and future, and aligning them with the technologies in use. You will be responsible for determining the scope of standard implementation and identifying areas that require customizations or extensions to the application. Your role may involve functional customization of applications, collaborating with developers to design enhancements, and working with business users to implement process changes. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize business or technical solutions by leveraging colleagues and partners - Master at least one methodology in-depth and possess advanced knowledge of one or more business domains and SaaS or package software solutions - Stay updated on industry innovations and competitor activities, actively contributing to internal and external knowledge developments - Lead process improvements, conduct as-is/to-be analysis on business processes or IT, and provide guidance on the implementation of package modules - Facilitate workshops, perform integration testing, and lead user acceptance testing - Maintain certifications on SaaS or Package Based solutions and relevant methodologies Qualifications Required: - Strong competencies in Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, and Problem Solving - Familiarity with technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Workday - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members across more than 50 countries.
