Role Overview: As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Zadara, you will be responsible for supporting server and network configuration, software/hardware installations, upgrades, troubleshooting issues, designing and deploying advanced networks, creating tools for efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the growth of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Support infrastructure for on-premises and cloud deployments. - Identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot, and see the big picture. - Learn new technologies and skills eagerly. - Perform operational tasks such as SW/HW installations, upgrades, and more. - Configure servers, networking equipment, and cloud resources. - Create and integrate tools for internal and/or external use. - Troubleshoot, design, and deploy advanced L2 and L3 networks. - Track issues to resolution, manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Build relationships with customers and escalate issues when necessary. - Document processes, update knowledge base, and collaborate with various teams. - Configure, maintain, and optimize servers, networks, and storage systems. - Install software and hardware, troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues. - Design, implement, and scale advanced networks for business-critical workloads. - Develop and automate tools and scripts to improve efficiency and monitoring. - Ensure seamless infrastructure support and service delivery. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in L2 and L3 network equipment configuration. - Certification or equivalent hands-on experience in network technologies. - Knowledge of storage technologies and protocols. - Understanding of L3 networking, routing protocols, and cloud networking architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting, designing, and implementing network solutions. - Experience in Linux systems administration and remote hardware access. - Fluency in English (spoken and written). - Bachelor's Degree in Information Science/Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
