You are an experienced SD-WAN Service Assurance Engineer responsible for driving operational and delivery excellence in global network environments. Your main responsibilities include providing end-to-end resolution from Layer 1 to Layer 3 across Cisco routers and switches. You will collaborate in bridge calls with internal teams and clients, manage vendor/service provider escalations, and optimize transport underlay using MPLS, ADI, LTE, and DWDM, with desirable knowledge in Juniper and Ericsson. You will be expected to identify production risks, drive change management documentation, and deliver proactive network solutions. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential to understand client requirements. This role requires you to work in various shifts, including day/night shifts, holidays, and weekends, with overtime as needed. Accurate recording of information, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver against deadlines and agreed targets are crucial for success. Certification in CCNA/CCNP is desirable.
