Cloud Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Operations & Infrastructure Management:

• Manage and support production systems in cloud environments.
• Operate and monitor cloud services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement and maintain operational monitoring metrics for cloud services.
• Apply best practices for networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.

Automation & CI/CD:

• Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Support CI/CD processes using GitHub and Terraform; experience with cloud-native CI/CD solutions preferred.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cloud operations and incident resolution.
• Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
