We are seeking a skilled MIS Analytics professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and generating meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights for business decisions. Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for various departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validation processes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in MIS Analytics or related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts. Experience with data visualization techniques and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
