Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Database Azure Databricks and Azure Work Model. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can analyze complex data sets to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making. The position is based on a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex data sets using Azure Database to extract meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Develop and maintain data models using Azure Databricks to support data analysis and reporting.

Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes and methodologies.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis findings.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and patterns.

Optimize data processing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce processing time.

Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in data sets.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and tools.

Contribute to the companys purpose by leveraging data to enhance decision-making and drive positive societal impact.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Azure Database and its application in data analysis.

Demonstrate expertise in using Azure Databricks for data modeling and analytics.

Have experience working in a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and communication.

Exhibit proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.

Show ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
