Job Description

Role Overview: Oracle Global Services Center (GSC) is the global offshore center for Oracle Consulting, focusing on implementing Oracle Cloud Applications for top global customers across various regions. The functional team at offshore is responsible for developing solutions, conducting Proof of Concepts, configuring applications, and designing customizations and integrations. Functional managers drive project activities, mentor consultants, establish standard methodologies, and contribute to industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate functional expertise to deliver solutions on complex customer engagements - Lead a team of consultants and analysts at offshore, providing coaching and guidance - Ensure completeness and quality of team's deliverables - Implement Oracle PPM products to meet customer needs using Oracle methodology and leading practices - Lead solution design and implementation aspects ensuring high-quality software solutions within time and budget constraints - Conduct workshops for Data Conversions, Integrations, Reports, and Functional Solutions - Write Functional Design Documents for reports, integrations, and extensions - Participate in business development activities Qualification Required: - Qualified CA or ICWAI or MBA (Finance) with 8 to 12 years of total experience - At least 5 years of Oracle PPM Cloud/EBS implementation experience and 1 to 6 years of Industry experience in Project Financials (PPM) - Experience in Oracle Cloud PPM implementation preferred - Experience in modules like Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Execution - Experience in modules like Grants, Awards, or Oracle Time & Labor is a plus - At least 4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good interpersonal and analytical skills - Proficient in industry trends and demonstrating value of Cloud Solutions to customers - Active participation in Community forum and publications in professional forums is advantageous Note: Oracle offers competitive Employee Benefits including Medical, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, and more.
