Role Overview: As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your primary focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while advocating for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as addressing technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: - Available to work in 24X7 shift operations when needed - Configure, administer, troubleshoot, and perform performance tuning for Golden Gate - Demonstrate knowledge of Golden Gate HUB-Spoke architecture and downstream capture - Conduct Golden Gate patching/upgrade activities - Preferred experience in heterogeneous Golden Gate configuration - Certification and knowledge of other replication tools is a plus Qualifications: - Career Level - IC3 - Knowledge/understanding of the Indian Banking environment and applications About the Company: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, utilizing tomorrow's technology to address today's challenges.
