As an Oracle WebLogic Administrator, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting middleware applications using Oracle WebLogic products. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in middleware administration, particularly focusing on WebLogic in a large enterprise environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of middleware applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oracle FUSION WebLogic Software installation and Maintenance (11.x, 12.x, and 14.x versions) - Installing WebLogic patches, service packs, etc. - WebLogic Application server administration - Performance monitoring and tuning including basic tasks - Carrying out Thread Dump Analysis, Heap dump analysis, etc. - Configuring LDAP and Security realms at a basic level - Developing automation scripts - Applying utilities like WebLogic.Admin, WebLogic.Deployer, etc. - Integrating with HTTP servers - Troubleshooting of JAR, EAR, WAR, etc. **Required Skills:** - Deploy, Administer, Support, and maintain middleware applications to enable communication between financial applications on diverse platforms with varying interfaces - Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of WebLogic environments - Assess and identify appropriate changes and make recommendations for implementation - Perform WebLogic system administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, problem resolution, system security, and change implementation - Perform WebLogic installation, administration, and documentation - Work individually or in a team on various system projects related to UNIX, Linux, Windows, and Application support - Plan, prepare, and apply maintenance fixes and upgrades to WebLogic software - Assist application support team with high-level problem program debugging through heap and thread dump analysis - Provide system support including off-shift on-call support as and when required - Increase staff skill levels by cross-training About Us: Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, utilizes cutting-edge technology to address current challenges.
