Identifying and driving process automation and digital transformation initiatives for trade compliance will be key to your role. To be successful in this role, you must have 7-10 years of experience in trade compliance, including leadership roles. Strong expertise in global trade regulations, experience in developing and scaling trade compliance programs, and familiarity with ERP and trade software are essential. Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, are required. A background in logistics, supply chain, or parts distribution, along with experience in multi-country compliance operations or working with international clients, would be preferred.
