Role Overview: You will be an experienced consulting professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within the financial services industry. Operating independently, you will provide quality work products to an engagement, performing varied and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement Oracle Finance and Risk Products and technology to meet customer needs. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Additionally, you should have strong functional and domain knowledge in the banking sector, with experience in one banking domain such as Enterprise Performance Management or Finance and Risk. Experience in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) is required. This position requires 3-8 years of experience at Career Level - IC3. Key Responsibilities: - Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement - Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs - Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices - Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements - Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget - Act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members - Consult effectively with management of customer organizations - Participate in business development activities - Develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects Qualifications: - Career Level - IC3 About Us: As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges.
