Job Description CloudMoyo is seeking a talented individual to join their team in the role of a Proposal Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and understanding client requirements, collaborating with subject matter experts to gather relevant information. - Leading architectural discussions and solution workshops for design exercises to create end-to-end solutions and mapping requirements to solution/service catalogues. - Leading client discussions, workshops, supporting presales solutions, and delivering on short-term discovery and architecture assessments. - Actively listening, respectfully challenging customers/partners, presenting insights and alternatives, and taking appropriate action. - Developing and articulating solutions including architecture, implementation, approach, governance mechanism, and commercials, and strategies to address client needs as outlined in the RFP/RFI/RFQ. - Collaborating with various teams (technical, sales, legal, etc.) to create comprehensive and persuasive proposals. Qualifications/Preferred Skills: - 10+ years of experience - Experience in preparing proposal presentations, solution architecture definition, estimations, differentiator positioning, and RFP responses independently. - Reviewing documentation for proposal submissions, ensuring adherence to guidelines and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Maintaining accurate records of past proposals and leveraging lessons learned for continuous improvement. - Experience using proposal management tools and software. - Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect). - Breadth of knowledge across all technology areas (Application, Middleware, Integration, Data, security, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, etc. at architecture level). - Experience in preparing detailed responses for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs. Technical Expertise: - Possessing an understanding of enterprise architecture principles, IT systems, and emerging technologies to provide informed responses to client inquiries. - Staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating relevant technologies into proposal strategies. - Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM Models is a good to have. - Experience developing and implementing enterprise IT strategy for clients. - Expert level of knowledge and experience in Application Solutioning. - Experience in API design, API development & Management. Collaboration: - Experience in leading solution/technical architecture team to define complex enterprise architecture and implementation roadmap, presenting/defending solutions to client CTO/EA team, and aligning with business and IT stakeholders. - Working closely with sales, solution architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and client expectations. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive and compelling proposals that align with the organization's or customer's strategic goals. - Mentoring the team in architecture and technology areas, driving reusable assets build, facilitating workshops and meetings to gather input from key team members. - Guiding and directing junior Presales resources for proposal authoring, coordination, and overall bid management.,
