About HGK

Happy Gut Kitchen (HGK) is building the next-generation food ecosystem with two verticals:
  • Cloud Kitchen Services – focusing on hospitals and gyms with tailored, nutrition-rich food offerings.
  • Food Carts & Kiosks – to be innovated, standardized, and franchised in the future.

, and this role is for someone passionate about

food innovation, cloud kitchen operations, and building scalable food business models

.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Cloud Kitchen Operations: Design, set up, and streamline cloud kitchen models catering to hospitals, gyms, and wellness-focused institutions.
  • Menu & Process Innovation: Develop cost-efficient, nutrition-rich, and scalable menus with standardization processes for multi-location deployment.
  • Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Build reliable networks with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Technology & Deployment: Integrate POS, delivery apps, kitchen management systems, and ensure process automation where possible.
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (FSSAI, licensing, local regulations, etc.).
  • Future Expansion & Franchising: Build replicable SOPs for food carts and kiosks, preparing the model for scaling and franchising.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in cloud kitchen management, food operations, or QSR setups
  • Knowledge of hospital/healthcare catering and fitness-focused nutrition is a strong plus
  • Hands-on expertise in supply chain, vendor, and kitchen technology management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a vision to scale innovative food models
  • Ability to work in a startup environment with high ownership and adaptability
