Key Responsibilities
Set up, configure, and maintain AWS environments: DEV, QA, and PROD.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to automate deployment of:
VPC, Subnets, IAM Policies, API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3 Buckets, CloudWatch, Parameter Store/Secrets Manager
Design and configure CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments using GitHub Actions / GitLab / Jenkins / Code Pipeline.
Establish environment isolation, access control, tagging, naming conventions, logging, and monitoring standards.
Ensure security best practices, including IAM least-privilege, encryption, network boundary protections, and audit logging.
Support performance testing and release cycles by adjusting environment parameters and scaling policies.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to support continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with AWS core and serverless services.
Proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation (Terraform preferred).
Understanding of VPC networking, IAM, logging/monitoring.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or Jenkins).
Ability to script in Python or Bash for automation tasks.
Familiarity with CloudWatch, X-Ray, and application performance logging.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience supporting API platform or microservices architectures.
Exposure to FinTech / Insurance domain compliance considerations.
Knowledge of cost monitoring and optimization techniques.
