Job Overview

IT Support Engineer (L1/L2)

Key Responsibilities

Provide
L1/L2 technical support
for cloud-based applications and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot
SQL-related issues
, queries, and performance concerns.
Monitor and manage
cloud services
, ensuring high availability and performance.
Work closely with
cross-functional teams
to resolve technical issues.
Handle
incident management, request fulfillment, and problem resolution

Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for end-users.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 to 5 years
of experience in
IT Support, L1/L2 Support, or Application Support

Hands-on experience with
Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Strong understanding of
SQL databases and troubleshooting

Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
