• Provide technical leadership across projects, guiding teams in best practices and modern engineering approaches.
• Work hands-on with

  Java (functional programming)

• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security using modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
