Learn more at: https://www.armor.com Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Architect to lead efforts in leveraging data to inform and elevate strategic business decisions. This role demands not just technical expertise but also a strong analytical and intelligence-driven mindset to significantly impact business outcomes. With a minimum of 6 years of experience, the ideal candidate will go beyond traditional reporting to craft forward-looking BI solutions that provide actionable insights. As a strategic thinker and problem solver, you will play a critical role in using data intelligence to shape the organizations direction and decision-making processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned as required) Develop forward-thinking strategies for deploying advanced analytics and intelligence platforms that anticipate business needs. Serve as a bridge between Data, BI initiatives and senior leadership, ensuring analytics align with overarching business goals and provide meaningful intelligence. Stay at the forefront of technology by evaluating and implementing tools, platforms, and methodologies that enhance predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities. Create and present high-impact intelligence reports and dashboards to executive teams, highlighting data-driven opportunities and strategies. REQUIRED SKILLS Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in business intelligence, focusing on data strategy, predictive analysis, and decision-making insights. Advanced expertise in Statical analytics, SQL, Python, and other programming languages such as R, Scala, or Java Strong proficiency with BI and analytics platforms, with proven success in developing high-volume, intelligence-focused visualizations and dashboards. Adequate knowledge of data architecture and modeling principles, including relational (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch). Experience in integrating machine learning and predictive models into BI solutions to forecast trends and provide prescriptive insights. Expertise in using data warehouses like MSSQL, Redshift, or BigQuery for aggregation and advanced analytics. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business intelligence for cross-functional stakeholders and executive decision-makers. Strong leadership skills, including guiding data initiatives across platforms while maintaining data quality, governance, and compliance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as a BI Architect or similar role within intelligence-focused, large-scale organizations. Summary The Manager of Customer Support will provide leadership for the customer support team with the primary goal of ensuring Armor customers have the best support possible. This role requires exceptionally high skills in building and managing high growth support groups, IT security, the hosting industry, and virtualization in a service-provider model. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned as required) Lead customer support operations for the APAC/India region, requiring availability during overlapping US hours. Demonstrate familiarity with diverse cultures and business practices in North America, EMEA, and APAC. Develop, document, and enforce standardized processes to maintain high service standards globally across all locations. Escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments and ensure prompt resolution. Manage support resources effectively, optimizing team utilization and productivity. Exhibit the ability to recruit talented individuals, fostering a positive team culture for sustained success. Coordinate training programs for new hires and ongoing education initiatives for support staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex technical challenges. Monitor both employee performance and customer satisfaction, promptly addressing any shortcomings in an efficient manner. REQUIRED SKILLS Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in technical support. 5+ years of experience in management or team leadership roles. Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts. Strong knowledge of technical support best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve goals. Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems. Strong understanding of incident response and threat mitigation strategies. Proven experience in managing security-related support escalations effectively.
