Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading curriculum development programs for Oracle Cloud Applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment across teams. Your role will be crucial in delivering high-quality learning content that aligns with Oracle Cloud product releases and learning strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive multiple curriculum projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and alignment with scope, while demonstrating independent working and decision-making skills. - Coordinate with product managers, curriculum developers, instructional designers, and production teams to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans with milestones, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Monitor project progress using management tools, provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders. - Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and drive issue resolution across teams. - Continuously optimize project workflows, documentation, and communication practices to enhance efficiency and transparency. - Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and align with Oracle's brand, product strategy, and learner needs. Qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in an enterprise software or SaaS organization. - Demonstrated success in leading programs across diverse teams in a large organization. - Experience with project management tools, dashboards maintenance, and project status updates. - Analytical and technical aptitude to solve complex problems. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience with Oracle Cloud Applications or similar ERP, HCM, or CX platforms is highly desirable. - Familiarity with project management tools.
