Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales closing process

    with clients, ensuring smooth documentation and timely payments.
  • Collaborate with the sales & CRM teams to

    convert qualified leads into successful closures

    .
  • Handle

    agreement drafting, registration process, loan coordination

    , and final handover to customers.
  • Maintain strong

    customer relationships

    and ensure a seamless after-sales experience.
  • Track & report closing performance metrics to management.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience

    in real estate sales as a

    closer/closing manager

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    property documentation, RERA guidelines, and bank loan processes

    .
  • Excellent

    negotiation and interpersonal skills

    to build client trust.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
