Job Description

As a Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing Specialist at Medtronic, you'll contribute to the advancement of healthcare access and equity by ensuring the quality and accuracy of clinical study databases. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing for Clinical Study databases - Supporting clinical studies by executing and maintaining data coordination tasks, such as developing and testing case report forms, study reports, and study databases based on protocol requirements - Ensuring timely and quality completion of data forms, verifying study data, and managing and resolving data discrepancies - Processing compensation and identifying/resolving compensation discrepancies - Managing the clinical study files, overseeing the organization and distribution of clinical study documents, and assisting with audits for completeness and accuracy In this role, you'll work under limited supervision as a seasoned individual contributor, providing assistance and training to lower level employees. You'll have the autonomy to propose solutions to problems and make minor changes in systems and processes to improve effectiveness. Your communication will primarily involve internal and external contacts on matters of moderate importance to the job area. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and practical knowledge of operational systems and practices.
