Clinical Sales Specialist

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor’s in Clinical field, Biotechnology, Pharm, Engineering Background
• 2–6 years of experience in clinical support, medical devices, rehabilitation, or diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to explain clinical concepts in a simple and convincing way.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and demos.
• Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.

About the Role

The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving product adoption, providing clinical support, and generating revenue by engaging with doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, presentation skills, and the ability to demonstrate product value in patient care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, etc.
• Drive sales by identifying potential customers and converting leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and key opinion leaders.
• Provide on-ground clinical support during trials, evaluations, and product installations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute sales strategies and achieve monthly targets.
• Participate in CMEs, workshops, conferences, and clinical marketing events.
• Gather customer insights and report clinical feedback to the product and marketing team.
