Clinical Acquisition Manager (Field Work)

As a Clinical Acquisition Manager at Even Healthcare, your primary responsibility will be to drive the expansion of our clinical network by acquiring and onboarding hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. This role involves field-based work and requires excellent relationship management, negotiation, and strategic partnership-building skills. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and onboard hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers into Even Healthcare's network. - Develop and execute acquisition strategies to ensure a high-quality network of clinical partners. - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure long-term collaboration. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless provider onboarding and integration. - Negotiate and finalize contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. - Monitor and track acquisition progress, preparing reports and insights for senior management. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during the acquisition process. Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare provider acquisition, business development, or a similar field role. - Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. - Proven experience in contract negotiations and relationship management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and travel frequently for field-based activities. - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
