Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Clinic Manager in our clinic in Bangalore. As the Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in meeting sales target, ensuring smooth operation of the clinic, assisting in managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth and Sales Target

  • Achieve Center targets, driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability
  • Drive new patient inquiries into confirmed consultations and treatments
  • Plan and execute promotional event in coordination with corporate


Patient Relationship Management

  • Front desk handling - meet & greet customers, billing and appointment scheduling
  • Ensure patients are taken good care of and there is minimal to no wait time
  • Explaining services and related cost associated
  • Ensure all new and old patient leads are followed up.
  • Solving customer issues post consultation and procedures
  • Keeping doctor in the loop with patients' feedback/issues over messages and calls.


Clinic Operations

  • Responsible for overall clinic operations
  • Check for any wear or tear of machinery, AC, or other equipment & bring it to the notice of management
  • Managing inventory for products, consumables, and office stationery along with the staff
  • Ensure staff timings and everyone is groomed properly
  • Ensure proper billing, payment collection, due report follow-up, etc.
  • Overall responsibility for petty cash and day-to-day expenses
  • Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic, treatment rooms, doctor rooms, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: English, Kannada (preferably)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferably in a healthcare setting.


Remuneration: 3 to 6 lacs per annum, depending on experience.
