We are looking to onboard a finance executive with strong fundamentals and high attention to detail. This is a fantastic learning and growth opportunity for the right candidate. We are a very passionate and collaborative team looking for people who are equally passionate about what they do. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Finance and Admin Executive at Evenly. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions and reporting, budgeting, and providing analytical support to the team. Responsibilities: - Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation - Passing journal entries daily for Opex and Capex - Validation of invoices once received from different stakeholders - Coordinate the creation, approval, and processing of purchase orders - Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, taxes, and other payroll-related deductions. - Ensure labour compliances such as PT, EPF, ESIC etc Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce - 2+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field - Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting - Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Good understanding of Indian tax laws and compliance regulations - Has knowledge of Zoho and other relevant software - Strong hold on Microsoft excel and google sheet - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical skills Show more Show less
