About the Role
We are hiring a Client Support Coordinator to strengthen our client service team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to handle client interactions confidently via calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through calls, chats, and emails.
• Assist clients and resolve their project-related queries efficiently.
• Maintain healthy relationships and provide timely support to ensure satisfaction.
• Join internal and client Google Meet meetings as required.
• Maintain proper documentation of communication & feedback.
