We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence Assist in onboarding new clients and support them through the initial phases Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports as needed Support the team in daily administrative and client servicing tasks Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in client relationship management or related roles Graduation completed or final semester students can apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in Dehradun or relocate to Dehradun Why Join Us?
