Job Description

Role: Client Relationship Executive

Department: Events / Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements.
Share event details, packages, and updates with clients.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met.
Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and feedback.
Maintain client records and update the status of each event.
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing basic reports.
Support the team during events when required.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills ( Fluency in English)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle client queries politely and clearly
Time management and teamwork

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
