The role involves handling follow-ups with existing customers, ensuring smooth coordination of their ongoing work, and providing them with excellent service. The candidate will also be responsible for office-based operational tasks, including computer work, maintaining records, and preparing reports, with strong Excel skills being mandatory. Good understanding of English is required to read emails and perform basic research related to our major services, especially in the area of tenders.
