We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who can confidently communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure smooth coordination between our internal teams and potential customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversation, clarity, and structured communication. You will be representing Genartml directly, making strong English fluency essential.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Handle all client communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Connect with leads generated through our website and internal channels.
• Understand client needs related to app development, software solutions, and AI integration.
• Explain our AI product Genzyro to potential enterprise clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule meetings and maintain organized communication.
• Act as the bridge between clients and the company, ensuring clarity at every step.
• Maintain professional, fluent English communication in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Confident communicator with clear articulation and active listening skills.
• Ability to understand and discuss basic software requirements.
• Prior experience in customer support, CRM, client servicing, or telesales is preferred.
• Organized, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple client conversations.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a client-facing role.
