Job Summary

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients. This role ensures high levels of client satisfaction, handles escalations, identifies growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Resolve client concerns and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.

Service Delivery Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with operations, support, and technical teams to ensure services are delivered.
  • Proactively identify gaps in service delivery and coordinate improvements.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services based on client needs.
  • Develop client account plans and work with the sales team to expand business opportunities.

Business Insights & Reporting

  • Analyze client trends, service issues, and engagement data to offer strategic insights.
  • Track client satisfaction metrics and drive improvements.

Contract & Compliance Management

  • Ensure that all client activities comply with contractual terms and organizational policies.
  • Assist in contract renewals, negotiations, and documentation.

Education

  • Master’s degree in business administration or BBA, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success within a service-based industry.
  • Experience handling enterprise or key accounts is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of service delivery processes and client lifecycle management.
  • Ability to read and understand SLAs and contracts.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Salary

  • Salary: 32k to 35 k CTC per month
  • Benefits: PF
  • Perks: Attractive incentives based on performance post probation period.

Working Conditions

  • Travel may be required for client meetings or business reviews

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
