Job Description We are seeking a skilled Plugin Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom plugins for various platforms (such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or other CMSs/frameworks as needed). You will work closely with our design, backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements that improve user experience and functionality. Key Responsibilities Develop custom plugins and extensions based on project requirements. Optimize existing plugins for performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features. Maintain documentation for all custom plugin code and configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or QA. Stay updated with the latest plugin development standards, tools, and best practices. Requirements Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress , Shopify , or Magento . Solid understanding of plugin architecture and APIs. Familiarity with Git version control. Knowledge of REST APIs and integration practices. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Experience with WooCommerce or eCommerce plugins. Exposure to Node.js, React, or Vue.js. Understanding of SEO and performance optimization. Basic knowledge of server environments (Apache/Nginx, MySQL). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred, but freshers with strong portfolios or projects are welcome to apply.
