Client Support Coordinator

In this role, you will oversee the Technical Support team, collaborating with them to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions. You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance checks on LED video walls to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Additionally, you will perform quality assurance tests after installations and repairs to guarantee adherence to standards and client satisfaction. Your duties will also include validating the proper functioning of all display features, such as resolution, brightness, and color consistency. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain detailed records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. This involves generating reports on service visits, including problem descriptions, actions taken, and recommendations for improvements. Your interactions with clients should be conducted in a courteous and professional manner, where you will explain technical issues and solutions clearly.
