Client Success Manager- Digital Marketing

As an experienced Digital Marketing Manager at our agency, you will be leading our digital marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients, understanding client needs, and overseeing a team of marketing executives to deliver exceptional results across multiple accounts. You should have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, and social media, enabling you to drive growth and achieve business objectives effectively. Your key responsibilities will involve managing client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and loyalty, determining client needs, and providing guidance and mentorship to your team to execute successful digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing teams to drive results, innovate strategies, and stay ahead of the competition. Participation in client meetings to discuss performance, pitching for new accounts, and analyzing campaign metrics to provide insights to clients and stakeholders will also be part of your role. Budget management, forecasting, and alignment with business objectives are crucial aspects of this position. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, at least 8 years of experience in managerial positions, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead a team.
