You are a dynamic leader joining as Senior Manager Client Services, responsible for building long-term relationships with international clients, investigating client needs, and managing a team of marketing executives to deliver strong results across multiple accounts. You have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels like PPC, SEO, and social media, driving results and growing accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Investigate and determine client needs and wants with digital marketing initiatives - Manage a team of marketing executives to deliver strong results across multiple accounts - Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members for effective execution of digital marketing campaigns - Work with marketing teams to drive PPC, SEO, and social media results, increasing lead quality - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives - Stay updated on digital marketing trends to suggest new ideas for account growth - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition - Participate in client meetings to discuss campaign performance, provide insights, and identify growth opportunities - Participate in new pitches to win advertising accounts and grow the agency's portfolio - Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to clients and stakeholders - Manage digital marketing budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure alignment with business objectives and campaign performance Skills and Requirements: - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - 8+ years of experience - Experience in a managerial role handling a team of 5-10 people - Early joiner - Strong analytical skills - Only CBSE and ICSE board candidates eligible About Us: We specialize in building technology products and helping brands grow with multi-channel demand generation marketing.
