Role Overview:

Client Success Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding.
• Coordinate with the

  sales team

  to ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to service delivery.
• Collaborate with

  content and design teams

  to manage deliverables and timelines.
• Develop and maintain

  content calendars

  for ongoing projects.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback.
• Coordinate participation in events, podcasts, and other client-related initiatives organized by the company.
• Track service performance, gather client feedback, and ensure consistent satisfaction and retention.
• Support renewal processes and contribute to client retention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in

  client servicing, account management, or coordination

  (preferably in a marketing or digital agency).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of content creation and social media workflows is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
