Client Success Delivery - Specialist

As a Client Success, Print Fulfillment Specialist, your role involves managing the daily delivery and execution of assigned client accounts, focusing on print fulfillment, orders, and project management in a dynamic work setting. Your responsibilities include overseeing technical and creative projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. You will be expected to showcase a profound understanding of Ansira's products and services, supporting client objectives with relevant case studies and examples. You are expected to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Additionally, 3+ years of experience in advertising, client management, or project management within a SAAS environment is preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage ongoing client deliverables for assigned accounts - Execute print fulfillment, orders, and project management for assigned accounts - Oversee technical and creative projects, including planning, execution, troubleshooting, and cost management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set project expectations, priorities, and deadlines - Update and maintain client training and knowledge documentation - Attend client calls, manage status reports, and provide meeting minutes - Identify issues, report them, and oversee resolution with Manager support - Ensure effective communication of client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams Qualifications Required: - Experience in print production and/or print fulfillment is advantageous - Strong project management and communication skills - Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment - Flexibility to accommodate advertising deadlines with a flexible work schedule - Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset - Proficiency in computer literacy and quick adaptability to new software and applications - Willingness to travel occasionally as needed If you believe you are a dedicated professional with the right mix of skills and attitude, eager to contribute to a challenging and dynamic environment, we welcome you to join our team!,
