Client Success Delivery - Specialist

As a Client Success, Print Fulfillment Specialist, your role involves managing the daily delivery and execution for assigned client accounts, including all print fulfillment, orders, and project management in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of assigned technical and creative projects, from project planning to execution, ensuring timing, functionality, troubleshooting, quality, and cost. Your ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of Ansira's product and service offerings will be crucial in supporting the clients" objectives effectively. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to set project expectations, priorities, and deadlines. Your excellent project management and communication skills will be key in effectively conveying client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining client training and knowledge documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage ongoing day-to-day client deliverables on assigned accounts - Execute all print fulfillment, orders, and management on assigned accounts - Oversee all technical and creative projects, including planning, execution, troubleshooting, and cost management - Provide problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps with Manager support - Attend and participate in client calls, manage status reports, and provide meeting minutes - Identify issues, report, and oversee resolution with Manager support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field - 3+ years of advertising, client management, or project management in a SAAS environment preferred - Previous print production and/or print fulfillment experience preferred - Excellent project management and communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment - Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated, team player mentality - Thorough computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software and applications - Flexibility for a work schedule accommodating advertising deadlines and willingness to travel as needed Join us if you are a dedicated professional with a positive attitude, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
