Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in Indore. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relations, addressing customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include developing client service strategies, project management, and ensuring the highest level of client service.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in a client servicing role
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the advertising or IT industry is a plus
