Client Servicing Manager

As a dynamic player in the event technology sector, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships and translating client needs into actionable event strategies related to Exhibitions, Conferences, etc. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as technical, production, and creative to ensure timely delivery of event solutions - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly - Overseeing the planning and execution of events to ensure alignment with client expectations and industry standards - Monitoring event progress, gathering feedback, and developing actionable insights for continuous improvement in service delivery - Maintaining comprehensive reports and documentation on client interactions and event outcomes To excel in this role, you must have: - Proven experience in client servicing and account management within the event technology, Exhibitions, Conferences, or related industry - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate effectively with diverse teams - Experience in planning and executing events or large-scale projects, with knowledge of event tech software and solutions - Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail - Familiarity with client feedback systems and performance metrics to drive service improvements This full-time position requires you to work in person in India.,
