At DigiCrackers, we’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager who can champion client success — building strong partnerships, shaping impactful strategies, and ensuring campaigns move seamlessly from pitch to performance.


This role is about nurturing relationships with the clients, guiding ideas from concept to execution, and ensuring every project delivers measurable value.



What You’ll Do

  • Client Ownership

    – Be the go-to partner for clients, earning trust by understanding their goals and ensuring clarity at every stage.
  • Campaign Strategy

    – Collaborate with creative, content, design, and performance teams to craft strategies and campaigns that deliver results.
  • Pitching & Presentations

    – Confidently prepare and present proposals, campaign ideas, and performance reviews.
  • Project Management

    – Drive projects from concept to execution, keeping timelines, priorities, and deliverables on track.
  • Growth Mindset

    – Spot opportunities to strengthen and expand client accounts with smart, proactive recommendations.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in

    client servicing/account management

    in an

    advertising or digital marketing agency

  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts while ensuring quality and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A balance of strategic thinking and executional focus
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (creative, content, SEO, design, paid media)
  • A self-driven professional who thrives on ownership, deadlines, and delivering impact
