What You'll Do

• Client Ownership

  Be the go-to partner for clients, earning trust by understanding their goals and ensuring clarity at every stage.

• Campaign Strategy

  Collaborate with creative, content, design, and performance teams to craft strategies and campaigns that deliver results.

• Pitching & Presentations

  Confidently prepare and present proposals, campaign ideas, and performance reviews.

• Project Management

  Drive projects from concept to execution, keeping timelines, priorities, and deliverables on track.

• Growth Mindset

  Spot opportunities to strengthen and expand client accounts with smart, proactive recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• 46 years of experience in

  client servicing/account management

  in an

  advertising or digital marketing agency

• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts while ensuring quality and deadlines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• A balance of strategic thinking and executional focus
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (creative, content, SEO, design, paid media)
• A self-driven professional who thrives on ownership, deadlines, and delivering impact
