Job Description: Client Servicing Manager

Location: Andheri west, Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager to join our team. This role is integral to managing and nurturing relationships with both influencers and brands. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and influencers.

* Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored influencer marketing solutions.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations.

* Monitor campaign performance, provide regular updates to clients and optimize strategies as needed.

* Identify and onboard new influencers that align with brand campaigns.

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.

* Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, or preferably in influencer marketing.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexibility to work different hours to accommodate international clients
