Client Servicing Manager

Span Communications is a leading advertising and communications agency, delivering impactful campaigns for government and corporate clients.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager for our Kolkata office to manage and nurture client relationships, particularly with government clients, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

·      Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships

·      Handle and coordinate with government clients and accounts

·      Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of campaigns/projects

·      Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams for seamless execution

·      Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients

·      7–8 years of client servicing/account management experience

·      Proven experience in handling government clients and accounts

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

·      Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
