Client Servicing Manager

Job Purpose:

Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:

• Handle end-to-end servicing of corporate travel accounts, including bookings, visas, and holiday packages
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and timely support
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution
• Share product updates and recommend relevant services based on client needs
• Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and support follow-ups in coordination with the sales team
• Maintain client data and service records using CRM tools
• Participate in client reviews and contribute to service improvement initiatives

Functional Skillset:

• Proven client servicing experience in a B2B travel or hospitality environment
• Working knowledge of travel systems, visa processes, and CRM platforms
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
• Basic sales aptitude for handling client inquiries and promoting add-on services

Experience:

5 to 7 years in client servicing, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
