Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Purpose: This role focuses on handling travel arrangements, International ticketing, Hotel booking and maintaining high-quality service standards for our growing corporate clientele. Key Tasks/Activities/Roles: Manage travel bookings, including flights ensuring compliance with client preferences and policies. Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets while providing real-time updates on travel schedules. Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, resolving inquiries and delivering personalized solutions. Maintain accurate records and ensure all bookings adhere to policies and regulations. Dimensions: Functional Skillset: 1. Experience in travel and ticketing, preferably with corporate clients. 2. Strong organizational and communication skills. 3. Knowledge of industry tools and compliance standards. Education: 1. Graduate or diploma in travel and tourism management
