This individual will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of holiday bookings, coordinating with suppliers/DMCs, and ensuring the sales team receives the most competitive quotes in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end operations of holiday bookings (FIT/GIT). Liaise with DMCs and suppliers to gather the best rates, availability, and customized itineraries. Provide accurate and competitive quotations to the sales team. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, suppliers, and clients. Maintain strong relationships with DMCs/suppliers for better negotiations and service delivery. Track and manage confirmations, payments, vouchers, and documentation. Monitor booking timelines to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in holiday operations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations. Well-versed in working with multiple DMCs and suppliers globally. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient in MS Office and booking platforms.
