Corporate Travel Sales & Operations Executive

You are a dynamic and customer-focused Corporate Travel Sales & Operations Executive with 12 years of experience in corporate travel management. You have hands-on knowledge of MICE, Travel Sales, and GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo). Your role involves handling corporate clients, preparing travel itineraries, managing bookings, and supporting end-to-end travel operations. - **Sales & Client Handling** - Manage corporate travel inquiries and offer customized travel solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and travel packages for corporate groups and MICE segments. - Identify business opportunities and support sales targets. - **Operations & Booking Management** - Handle end-to-end booking processes for flights, hotels, visas, and transfers. - Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for smooth travel arrangements. - Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation. - Manage group bookings and assist with MICE event coordination. - **GDS Knowledge** - Work on GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for flight bookings. - **Customer Service** - Address client queries and resolve travel-related issues promptly. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. You should have: - 12 years of experience in corporate travel operations or sales. - Good knowledge of MICE operations and corporate travel processes. - Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). **Education**: Bachelors/Master degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or any related field. **Salary**: Competitive salary as per industry standards.
