Corporate Travel Sales & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Handling

• Manage corporate travel inquiries and offer customized travel solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and travel packages for corporate groups and MICE segments.
• Identify business opportunities and support sales targets.

Operations & Booking Management

• Handle end-to-end booking processes for flights, hotels, visas, and transfers.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for smooth travel arrangements.
• Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation.
• Manage group bookings and assist with MICE event coordination.

GDS Knowledge

• Work on GDS systems like

  Amadeus

  ,

  Sabre

  , or

  Galileo

  for flight bookings.

Customer Service

• Address client queries and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate travel operations or sales.
• Good knowledge of

  MICE operations

  and corporate travel processes.
• Proficiency in

  GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or any related field .
