Corporate Travel Consultant

Sky Direct is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in booking flights, hotels, and travel packages, and should be confident in handling clients end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
• Handle customer queries before and after booking
• Manage cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
• Ensure high-quality service and repeat customers

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency (preferred)
• Knowledge of domestic & international travel bookings
• Familiar with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under booking deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Visa knowledge (basic)
• Hotel contracting experience (bonus)
• Customer relationship handling
