 **About the Role:**

We are looking for a **dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Manager** with strong experience in **BTL marketing, brand activations, and experiential campaigns**. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage client relationships, understand brand requirements, and ensure seamless end-to-end execution of campaigns.

 **Key Responsibilities:**

* Act as the **primary point of contact** between clients and the agency.
* Understand client briefs and convert them into **strategic and actionable plans**.* Coordinate with **internal teams** (Creative, Production, Operations) to ensure timely and quality deliverables.* Prepare and present **campaign proposals, execution plans, reports, and post-event summaries**.* Manage **on-ground activations** such as mall activations, retail branding, roadshows, and product launches.* Handle **vendor negotiations, budgeting, and resource planning**.* Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.* Monitor **competitor activities and market trends** for strategic recommendations.* Provide **on-ground support** during key events or campaigns.

 **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Bachelors degree in **Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field**.
* Minimum **3+ years of client-facing experience** in BTL or experiential marketing.* Proven experience in **on-ground activation and event management**.* Excellent **communication, presentation, and pitching** skills.* Strong **project management and multitasking** abilities.* Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**.
